Do I need to purchase a domain name?

Yes we do not provide domain names for you, we recommend using Godaddy.com for your domain provider they are about $10/year and offer a low cost affordable solution to getting your domain name.

I purchased hosting now what do I do?

You can wait for us to contact you, or you can send us your URL information to our email address at sales@primwebdesigns.com then we will send you namesevers to redirect your domain name to our hosting servers.

My site says suspended what do I do?

99% of the time it is because you have not paid your monthly billing for your hosting account. When your bill is not paid your site goes into a suspended mode until all fees are paid off, then we will turn your site back on. If fees are not paid within 15 days of being suspended we will automatically withdraw our hosting and your site will be lost. So please stay up to date on your hosting payments.

If my site is suspended is there a fee to turn back on?

As a courtesy we do not charge a fee the first time this happens, however if it happens again you will be charged a $5 restoral fee and this will increase by $5 each time this happens. If you continue to not pay your bill we have the right to terminate services.
